Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of the people we work with is an important part of Lions service. District 105SW follows the safeguarding policy and procedures of Multiple District 105, covering our work with children, young people and adults who may be at risk.
Members undertaking roles or activities requiring safeguarding checks must follow the relevant Lions procedures.
Data Protection & Privacy
District 105SW handles personal information relating to members, volunteers, event participants and others involved in our activities.
We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with UK data protection law.

Health & Safety
Lions clubs organise a wide range of events, fundraising activities and community projects. Good health and safety practices help protect our members, volunteers and the public while these activities take place.
Clubs and District officers are expected to follow the relevant Lions health and safety guidance and carry out appropriate risk assessments for their activities.
