Incoming Officers Spring Forum The 105 SW District MERL Team is keen to help all Lions’ Year 2011/2012 Incoming Officers prepare for their important roles for this next Lions Year. To this end we are organising an Incoming Officers Spring Forum which will be held on Sunday May 15th at the Ockment Community Centre located close to the centre of Okehampton. This Forum is extremely important to all Officers, new and experienced in their roles. It will inform them of the many details their position entails and also of the significant changes being introduced. These changes will help all Clubs to deal with the problems relating to many aspects of membership. We wish this Forum to be a relaxed informal day and a great opportunity for all Incoming Officers to become updated on the latest processes and procedures to assist in the smooth running of their Club. It will also provide all Officers with the opportunity to meet colleagues from other Clubs within the District and new District Officers. |
